Problem Statement

  • The current screen is out of date.

  • Stale, static content.

  • Outdated partner logos and branding.

  • Not aligned with our updated Design System.

  • Look and feel not consistent with current UI trends.

Step 1: Planning and Discovery

The internal PMT/RC team met to discuss what we want/need from our sign in screen. I researched UX/UI best practices, and what our competitors are doing. I compiled inspiration from a variety of industries and documented everything in a Confluence page for future reference.

  • What elements show we keep, and which to replace?

  • How can we highlight new features or feature updates?

  • How can we create a workflow for potential/new customers?

  • Researched industry standards, accessibility guidelines, terminology, and more.

Step 2: Design Iteration

I hosted working sessions to get feedback from members of the design community as well as stakeholders, do discuss scalability, user needs, and review designs.
